Working Differently™ lets her bring those strengths and interests together, return to her entrepreneurial values and create a platform to advance the national discussion on the critical workplace issues facing baby boomers and their older siblings.

Anne is best known as the founder and CEO of Career Investment Strategies, the Boston firm she launched in 1998 to provide career planning and executive coaching to professionals at major companies and organizations in the Northeast. Clients included Harvard University, Polaroid Corporation, Fidelity Investments, Pioneer Investments, and U.S. Trust. Profiled in Inc and featured in Fast Company, she has been a career columnist for The Boston Globe, a commentator for the Wall Street Journal Online, and a contributor to Management Review, Mass High Tech, Women's Business, Strategy & Leadership, and Boston Business Journal. She has spoken nationally and internationally on human resource and career issues. Most recently she is the author of The Guide to Working Differently, the step-by-step roadmap for change that guides many of the Working Differently™ programs.

Anne has also served as a partner at Essex Partners, a career transition firm for senior executives, and as a vice president at New Directions, an opportunity development firm for senior professionals. As a volunteer, she served on the board of directors of Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, The Big Brother Big Sister Foundation, The International Institute of Boston, The French Library and Cultural Center, and Concord Academy.
